*All international wire transfers impose a $25.00 transfer fee. Please account for that in your total amount when completing the transfer.
Orders placed by 12:00pm PST
/ 3:00pm EST will ship same business days. All other orders will ship next business
day. You will receive a tracking number via email in the evening on the day
your order is shipped.
Our preferred shipper is
UPS. If you need a shipment by a specific date, please choose the appropriate
UPS service. UPS guarantees their ship dates.
USPS Priority is not a
guaranteed service. Estimated ship
times can range between two to eight business days. The only guaranteed service
provided by USPS is Priority Mail Express which is an overnight service. USPS
service suffers especially around any postal holiday. If you NEED to get
something in by a specific date, please select UPS.
Please note: USPS does not consistently update their
tracking information. If you’ve received a tracking number, it means your order
has left our warehouse. If you are the type to constantly check your tracking
number, please select UPS to save yourself some stress!

UPS Ground: One to five business days, depending on
location, please refer to this map:
UPS 3 Day Select: Three business days after shipment date,
by end of the day.
UPS 2nd Day
Air: Two business days
after shipment date, by end of the day.
UPS Next Day Air: Next business day
after shipment date, typically by 10:30am local time.
Saturday Delivery: Saturday delivery is available with USPS
Priority, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Please notify us if
you require Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery for UPS is an additional
$16.00 fee on top of the shipping method you select.
Overseas Shipping: We offer overseas shipping via USPS Priority or UPS.
Please note, all shipments are shipped FOB; non-US customers assume full
responsibility for shipments once they have shipped. We are not responsible for
customs delays or other delays associated with overseas shipping. We will
provide original only invoices with country of origin information for overseas
Shipping to Canada: Canadian customers have the option of UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Saver, or UPS Worldwide Expedited. Orders over $500 qualify for heavily discounted UPS Standard shipping. UPS Standard shipping delivers by the end of the day definite by the date schedule. UPS Worldwide Saver is 1-3 business days, by end of the day.

Shipping delays happen.
Shipping companies get bogged down, an employee is disgruntled, holidays create
chaos. In the case of a shipment delay, here is what you can do:
UPS: UPS guarantees their ship times. In the event
something is not received by the guaranteed time, please open a case to notify
us. We will issue a refund of the shipping charges and handle the claims
process with UPS. If you have not received the shipment within ten business
days, we will send out a replacement order or issue you a credit, at your
request. If the first order does arrive after ten business days, we ask that
you ship it back to us, or keep the items and we will invoice you for the kept
items. Replacement and return shipping is on us.
USPS: USPS does not guarantee their ship times. If you
have not received a shipment within four business days, please open a case to
notify us, and we will assist with the tracking process. If you have not
received the shipment within 10 business days, we will send out a replacement
order or issue you a credit, at your request. If the first order does arrive
after ten business days, we ask that you ship it back to us, or keep the items
and we will invoice you for the kept items, plus replacement and return
shipping costs (we really want you to use UPS.)
All orders over $5000
will be automatically insured.
Please note, all UPS
shipments will require signatures for receipt. By default, all shipments
shipped via UPS to a business will require signature. For shipments shipped to
residential addresses, we will require signature. This provides a layer of protection
against shipment theft.

pre-signature service, as well as shipment holds, shipment re-directs and

will contact you to arrange a replacement.
Out of Stock Items:
We do our best to make
sure all ordered items are in stock. In the event an order is oversold, we will
contact you with options for substitution or credit. If we are
unable to reach you, we will remove the item(s) missing, send you an updated order confirmation, and ship you the remaining
