Generally, defective products may be exchanged for the
same or equivalent products. If the product is not available at the time of the
exchange, the option of a substitution or credit will be presented to you. For mis-ordered items, shipping cost to send the product back to us is on the customer and a 60 cent restocking fee per item will be deducted from the credit.
To initiate a return, please go to "My Account", select the corresponding Sales Order for the item(s), and select "Return Request." Once this has been done, please allow for 2-5 business days for approval and return process. We will send you a return label within that given time frame. Please also give a
brief explanation of the problem you are experiencing with the product and ship back within 7 days of the label being emailed to you to appropriately receive credits for the return. If not otherwise stated, we accept returns for defective
items within sixty (60) days of the invoice date. Please make sure you have a copy of the retail customer receipt.
All clearance item sales are final.

We make every effort to prioritize and minimize the processing time for your replacement (or credit.) All Day Vapes will not be held responsible for products returned due to customer error. When we receive your defective item, we thoroughly inspect and test the product for confirm the issue. We reserve the right to refuse credit or to replace products if we do not feel the product was shipped back due to the reason provided.
